At the end of the day, kick back next to the fire pit or enjoy the hut tub while taking in the stars. You won't want to leave!

The Little House on Sanford

Our guest house is next door to our home and farm. A one-story, 2 bedroom with a newly remodeled bathroom and cottage style amenities is simple but includes some more modern touches for entertainment a comfort. Trails through the field and woods are available during the Summer and hunting off-season. Pets are welcome but must be leashed at all times when outdoors. This area gets a significant amount of snow during the Winter but is right off the highway and a straightforward drive to Lake Erie.

The loft has a low ceiling and ladder to climb (not for tall people),a queen bed and 2 single beds for 2 extra guests(extra cost for more than 6 ppl) Back yard is 100% fenced. concrete and grass area.
