A renovated mid century modern house with natural peaceful views out of every window and slider. No detail spared, as it was going to be our forever home. Located on an ocean access canal, extremely safe, quaint and friendly neighborhood, just off 41. The backyard has a large shaded sitting area with a gas grill and fire pit. The dock hangs over the water with seating and swim ladder. 2 tandem kayaks, fishing rods & tackle, adult & children’s bicycles, beach chairs, and so much more.

Come stay in this private home on a beautiful golf course. The property boasts a pool and lanai and is perfect for soaking up the sun. We are a close drive to several local shopping malls as well as the main beaches of Bonita springs. The home is located in a gated community where you will have access to amenities including- tennis courts, gym, 2 large pools, spa and more. The community is on Stoneybrook golf course and guests can access discounted golf fares.

There are three full bathrooms. Barefoot Beach is a mile away. The backyard offers a 3'-6' deep, 12' W x 37' L heated pool, patio furniture and BBQ grill. Less than 30 mins away from RSW (Airport), 10 mins from Coconut Point Mall, and 25 mins from downtown Naples.

Very inexpensive way to get close to the beach and still have complete privacy! Whole unit-Share nothing. Small and cozy studio/room 12x19 with a refrigerator, microwave, air conditioner, full bath, suitable to more or less sleep. Queen size bed. Closet and dresser. This is a separate guest room with a private entrance not connected to another unit. Located in an adorable tropical feel complex in a seafoam green building.
