We are a 15-mi drive on an unpaved road, off-grid with full plumbing, but NO electricity. We provide hot water, grill & stove, propane, firewood & emergency internet. We are about 15 minutes away from the Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad, about 1 hour away from Great Sand Dunes National Park and Zapata Falls. There’s a lot of great fishing and hiking nearby.

Brookie on the Conejos

Our cabins are located directly on the Conejos River with everything you could need for your stay. PLEASE NOTE CATCH AND RELEASE FLY FISHING MAY NOT be available for the rest of the 2026 season due to extremely low water levels and high temps. Please message for availability prior to booking. Also please note, we do allow dogs, however we charge a $50 pet fee. Come enjoy a peaceful getaway with us!
