Short drive to Nevada City and Yuba River; 45 minutes to ski slopes in the Sierras. The custom 600 sq. ft. private studio with a gas fireplace is fully equipped for up to 4 guests.

This studio cabin is perfect for couples or a solo retreat.

(On-site host lives in other half of 2,400 sqft home.) Quiet & secluded, surrounded by huge redwoods & sequoias, untouched by Camp Fire. No visible neighbors. English Garden, backyard bbq & picnic table are shared spaces. Walking distance to shopping, movie theater, bus stop & restaurants. No pets. No background check or chores.

Tranquility

Relax by yourself or with the family at this peaceful place to stay. The night skies are amazing. If your coming up to fish, the Lake and river are close by and you can park your boat on the gated property. The owners live on the property, but are not on top of you. Also Charlie the dog lives on this property, he is very social. Overlook the town of Oroville with a beautiful view and the Buttes. Minutes from the Hospital and the Gold Country Casino Resort. Several hiking trails nearby.

Guests have use of the building's community space which includes a pool table, a game room outfitted with foosball, a library, and a dining area with a fireplace.
