Our one bedroom apartment is set underneath the main house with its own private access and screened-in deck complete with a gas BBQ, surrounded by the lovely local vegetation and our swimming pool and sun deck. The apartment has a near constant breeze coming through from Bottle Creek which is only a few minutes walk away, making it perfect for paddle boarding, kayaking, bonefishing or swimming. We are also a five minute drive from the nearest beach.

Escape to the untouched beauty of North Caicos, just a 30-minute ferry ride from Providenciales, where you'll find our secluded beachfront duplex condo offering a taste of the wild Caribbean. North Caicos is a quick jaunt from the hustle and bustle of Providenciales. My place is just a two minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, Grace Bay beach. Absolutely great spot to walk to many restaurants, bars, casino, grocery store and shopping centre at Salt Mills. You’ll love my studio because of the neighbourhoods and quiet area. Studio apartment has open concept, only door for the bathroom. Place is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers.

Tropico cottage is an ideal getaway cottage for couples to explore the beauty of North and Middle Caicos. Just a short walk to Mudjin Harbour and Dragon Cay and steps away from the beach, trails, and restaurant. Our resort guests can enjoy an on-site manager service and concierge, housekeeping service for longer stays (4 days or more) and a small sundries shop available.
