Relax and renew in this unique and tranquil getaway. This cozy cabin has two bedrooms with queen beds and a loft with sofa bed. It is family friendly, on a 23 acre private forest estate, and 8 minutes from Mendocino village and the coast. The cabin has redwood beams, stained glass windows, and a private deck. The cabin and home where the host lives is on a private road, with pond, fruit orchard, and 1/4 mile walking trail on the property to the seasonal 100 foot waterfall lookout.

Walking distance to the beach, sunset views, a restaurant and store--it's a perfectly-situated restful nook on the coast. If you love a clawfoot tub, this place is for you (there is a comically-short shower intended only as a backup).

Note: bear, fox, hawks, quail, bats, lizards, banana slugs, bobcat, spiders are part of the forest ecosystem and may occasionally visit the vicinity.
