Enjoy sunbathing, swimming, hiking in the summer, storm watching in the fall, or a 30 minute drive to Mt. Washington . Please note we have a Nest camera doorbell.

Self-contained with a private entrance. Queen-size bed in loft, single bed on main floor. Private bathroom with shower. Private access to beach. Close to ferry, a short walk to the local village. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with mobility issues or small children. WE DO NOT CHARGE CLEANING FEES.

This carriage house has lots of character and is a clean simple, cozy space for a get away.
