Upper suite with kitchen, focussed around a massive butcher block, everything you need to prepare gourmet meals. Main king bed with ensuite. Guest queen bed, beside main bath with laundry. Bright, open concept with flat screen apple tv & speakers, throughout. Covered deck, mountain views, fenced yard. Parks, groceries, marina & Downtown are all walking distance. Big Sky Villa

Welcome to a piece of the Comox Valley history. Our character family home was an original farmhouse built in 1910. Settled between farmlands and the ocean, take your pick for scenery. Mountain & glacier views, walk across the street and you can be in the water with your kayak or paddleboard in minutes. Listen to the birds and wildlife on the back patio overlooking a preserved farm acreage. When not using the home for our family, we love to share it with others to experience a place to gather.

The walk-on beach is lovely, the view is breathtaking, from summer heat to winter storms, it is peaceful, serene and some days the sound of the surf, eagles and herons are all you hear. There are many excursions close by including mountain biking, skiing, fishing, boating and hiking. The Valley is nature personified and Kye Bay is a jewel - the breath of sea air in the morning is worth the visit for sure!
