Vanaf je balkon geniet je van de mooi aangelegde tuin met groenten en fruitbomen. 's Ochtends word je gewekt door vogelgezang. It is a spacious, cozy and fully furnished 2-bedroom apartment. There is atmosphere and comfort. You can enjoy a glass of wine or juice under the pergola. Mispel Rode Palm is centrally located, in a natural environment and close to the entertainment center. The IMS mall is 5 minutes away by car. If you don't feel like going out, but still want to chill out, you can do so in the large garden with hammock camp, equipped with electricity and water. Enjoy Suriname under the starry sky.

Each apartment is equipped as much as possible with all the comforts that can be found in a house. They are fully furnished rooms with, among other things, beds with "health mattresses", internet connection, hot and cold water, etc. Furthermore, the complex has outdoor areas, a swimming pool, camera security and a well-lit closed parking lot.

Welcome and enjoy your stay in this beautiful very spacious apartment with herringbone hard wood floor in this colonial style building. Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio with a beautiful view of my neighbours tropical garden. On the south side of the property you will see a pack of large green parrots at the top of the trees every morning around 6-7 am before they migrate to another area of the city. You may spot the occasional green leguana in the trees in the back.

Het hele erf is ommuurd en u krijgt een afstandsbediening van de poort. Veiligheid voor alles. Er is ook veel parkeerplek.
