This cozy cottage is just minutes away from the Augusta National golf course, I-20, and other area attractions. The main room is 18x13 with a snug yet functional bathroom (Think RV sized) and a huge walk in closet. It is a private 400 sqft, 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottage with a kitchen, set back from the road and surrounded by pastures and trees. 1 King-size bed in the bedroom 1 Queen-size pull-out sofa bed in the Living room This cottage is one of the three cottages on our 16-acre property. Walk out of the cottage and enjoy the 16 acres of land. The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking ware, coffee, tea, sugar, and creamer.
