Enjoy a comfortable stay at this fully furnished Summerville cottage centrally located close to Augusta University, the medical district, North Augusta, and the Augusta National Golf Course. This upstairs unit offers 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a washer and dryer. There is also a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, air fryer, and cooktop. Outside you will find one dedicated parking space as well as street parking and a shared patio area with a fire pit.

An unassuming cozy guest cottage. The space is comfortable 300 sqft and has all the essentials to make you feel at home. The cottage shares the same property with the main house. It has a full size bed with memory foam mattress. A full kitchen for those who would rather cook there own meals. A stocked coffee and wine bar. And a firepit sitting area just steps from the front door. There is also a full bathroom with a large ceramic tile shower with a bench seat.

This cozy backyard cottage is just minutes away from the Augusta National golf, I-20, and other area attractions. The main room is 18x13 with a snug yet functional bathroom (Think RV sized) and a huge walk in closet. Celebrate outdoor living with the deck, and comfortable outdoor chairs providing the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the weather.
