The Carriage House is part of Gin Creek Plantation that is located 10 minutes from Moultrie! This particular house is behind another Gin Creek House shown in the pictures. This is the perfect get away for a larger crowd sleeping 8 with 4 twins, and two fulls. Enjoy the air hockey table inside, or enjoy the two ponds and walking trails of Gin Creek Plantation. This is a family built house, so enjoy the slant and corkiness of the build in one room.

This is a wonderful 2000 sq. ft. 3 BR / 2 bath house with a den, LR, DR, Kitchen and laundry room plus a full front porch with a swing and rockers, a back deck and pergola with seating and swing, and a 2 car carport and gravel driveway on 5 acres surrounded by a loblolly pine tree farm. We have high speed fiber internet/WIFI. We have 2 smart TV's with a DVD player and board games, as well. Our kitchen is well stocked for most cooking needs.
