They were very welcoming and hospitable. we felt right at home. The biggest thing was how comfortable the bed was. My husband has back problems and even at the best hotels has trouble finding a comfortable bed. This was by far one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on.

Kim was super helpful and responsive to questions. The place is very close to downtown with lots of cool places to visit and tons of unique restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I were in town for a couple Diamondbacks game. The place was conveniently located about a 15 minute walk from the stadium. Elizabeth was quick to respond to any questions we had and the place came as advertised. I would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Phoenix.

I stayed for two and a half months, so a longer stay, and Kari Ann was the most gracious and responsive host. The place was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, private, and a very convenient location for groceries, shopping, and the gym. I would definitely recommend Kari Ann's place to anyone seeking a shorter or longer term stay. If I'm back in Flagstaff, I'd book it again in a heartbeat!

This place was TOP NOTCH! A+++ It is EXACTLY as described. It was gorgeous! Clean. Classy. Modern. The chickens out back were adorable. The bathtub was dreamy. We were in town to celebrate my husband’s birthday. This place is very continently located to shops and restaurants. Beautiful home. Great Safe neighborhood. I asked the host a question and she immediately responded. The bed was comfortable and everything was very clean! We were sooo very pleased with everything about this experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The location was excellent, being in close proximity to most of the popular hikes, and even within walking distance to some. The kitchen was well equipped with everything, and made it easy for us to prepare our own food to bring on linger hikes. The big bonus is the jetted hot tub, which was fantastic especially after a long days hike. Kylla was also super responsive, always replying within matter of minutes, and was always making sure that we had everything that we needed. Overall we would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to visit Sedona!

Private suite was comfy and quiet. Large bathroom. Small kitchenette was perfect. Information booklet was wonderful. it's surprising how many airbnb hosts don't provide one. Walkable to grocery store and some restaurants. Appreciated the coffee, tea and other drinks. Would highly recommend!

Sandy's place is exactly as described, the arrangement of the rooms with the living area (with the sofa bed) right off the main doorway felt a bit weird but did not create a concern. The location is excellent, private and while away from uptown Sedona it was extremely private and closer to Red Rock, Cottonwood, Jerome etc... There was a helpful manual on the area as well as more detailed instructions on check out which was not excessive and appreciated. The washer had loading limitations (1/2 load) which did create more loads for us the wash (A two week trip and places with washing machines was a criterion). There were also notes if the washer broke that the renter would be held responsible which did give us pause on on using the washing machine. Would I stay here again, yes, but I might have some pause if laundry is needed.

Amazing hosts with a beautiful home. Highly recommend staying with Jolene and Joel if you are planning a trip to the Avondale area! They were helpful and kind.

The studio is very nicely decorated and feels so relaxing. The bed is very comfortable and the main room is very spacious. The bathroom and kitchen are pristine as well. Very easy to get to anywhere in Vegas. I appreciated that Jenn reached out to see if I needed anything while I was there. Would definitely stay again!

The house was clean and very modern. The yard, pool and hot tub is shared so not private. The quiet time from 8am to 11pm kind of threw us off. But we were really only there to sleep. And we were able to rest well.

Ive actually visited Jagjots place a few times because it's quiet and feels safe. Jagjot is quick to respond and friendly. The home feels clean and uncluttered. It's a great little place. Thank you Jagjot!

wonderful place, loved having private and exclusive access to the pool, spacious shower was awesome, full sized fridge was great! (and while in Yuma, i highly recommend the espresso date shake at Martha's Gardens just east of the city, and the tacos at Mi Rancho on 4th Ave are the bomb!)

Maria's place is a work of art, with every detail reminding me of nature, peace and love. Using the light, color, and artworks, the bedroom is magically designed to create the feeling of resting peacefully, as if with the waves of the ocean. I also enjoyed having tea in the garden everyday, surrounding by flowers.

We used this home to visit the Sedona area. It turned out to be a bit of a longer drive to get to Sedona, but all in all it worked out fine because we were able to see the surrounding areas. The house seems newly remodeled and well appointed. Furniture was very comfortable and layout of the rooms was excellent. The thermostat was a new Nest type. As members of the “older” generation we found it rather aggravating to use. We overcame with the help of Google. We definitely appreciated Luis’ prompt replies to our questions. Check out was done with a minimal amount of effort and that too was appreciated. All in all we found it a great place to spend a few days.

One of our favorite Airbnb stays! Allowed us to check in early and are always responsive. Pool was great and everything was perfect with the suite and our stay!

Jose's place was a perfect little getaway close - but far away - enough to the strip for easy access. The neighborhood was quiet and a great place for us to walk our dogs when we weren't off doing something else. Jose was very attentive and responsive to any needs we had.

My stay was great peaceful & well needed & the location match the pictures in the ad well. My only concern was that their wasn’t any water or any snacks there for guest & every time I booked a stay there was always snacks & water but overall the guest was very understanding of my early check in & very responsive. Would stay here again if needed

Our hosts and the property were excellent! Peaceful stay at a beautiful property that is well-kept and perfect like the ratings have all suggested. We look forward to a visit here again when we are in the Phoenix area.

Our second time staying at Gabriela’s place, a super peaceful and well-priced casita. We enjoyed the spacious area and comfy bed. The bathroom and living area is really nice and clean as well. Gabriela was very responsive and had great accommodations to make our stay comfortable. Will definitely return for a third time next time we visit Phoenix! I recommend this place for a couple or small group that wants a quiet, peaceful place to unwind after a long day out in the area.

We stayed in Von’s apartment within a house for a month. Completely private with its own entrance in a very nice quiet neighborhood conveniently located to a bunch of stuff to keep you busy! Place had a fairly well stocked kitchen, large shower, and a comfy bed. Host was also very responsive to our requests. Nice place!

This space was perfect for what we needed, which was to sleep and do a load of laundry. It was private, quite, and easy to get in and out.
