You will have a birds eye view of the Verde Valley and the Red Rocks of Sedona. Enjoy a peaceful stay on the top floor of this historical building filled with natural light and amazing views. Witness the beauty of the valley lights and stars at night or enjoy a cup of coffee on the deck at sunrise. Note: there is up to 90 stairs to the top of the building where the Loft is. Jerome is a short walk down the hill, where you can experience unique shops, restaurants, galleries and wine tastings.

True Urban Loft

Located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in downtown Phoenix. This one of a kind loft was originally built in 1924 as apartments and later converted to condos. The loft has been featured in numerous commercials, publications, and home tours. Walking distance to everything downtown has to offer: dinning, entertainment, and shopping. 3 min walk to the train, 7 min drive to the airport, and 15-20 min to Scottsdale/Tempe. ⚠️ WARNING! The Birds Nest is a 2 story loft.

The Bird's nest has a unique spiral staircase with decks on the front and back. Front room has a twin bed and a trundle bed. The living room and kitchen bar area is very open and full of light. The living room has a 55" flatscreen with a large sectional sofa. All new appliances, dishwasher, with every kitchen need you might have. Bathroom has full shower/tub and lots of storage area. Bedroom has queen bed and lots of dresser storage area. 32" flatscreen TV. A beautiful walk out 2 story deck.

Downtown/Campus Bohemian LoftStudio

This efficient cabin-like bungalow is unique, quaint and well furnished. It is 2 blocks from NAU, the urban trail system, and a 10 minute walk from downtown. The outside is fully fenced and shaded with several big 🌳 trees. The inside is very inviting, with an outdoor vibe — relaxing. Friendly dogs are allowed for a fee ($20 a dog per night). There is a single 1200 square foot space that is yours for the evening. King Size bed is perfect for two, 2 additional guests are welcome to use the air mattress. Our goal is to provide a unique, eclectic space for your visit to Williams, AZ. One street over from Route 66, everything is in walking distance. $25 Fee Per day of charging Electric Cars.

You are floating up in the treetops, looking out on stunning red rock views, private hiking trail straight out your door to some of the best hikes in Sedona. Coffeepot, sugarloaf for sunset, thunder mountain, chimney rock, soldiers pass, all accessible from our house. Peaceful, only property at end of road. your own meditation room, private back yard, it's worth the stairs to get there, 1 1/2 flight and a ladder to the loft, master bedroom has no ladder. A place to unwind and find peace.
