Luxe Winter A-Frame | Cedar Spa | Ski Retreat

Retreat to the A-Frame on 12 secluded acres surrounded by big mountain views! Soak in the lux cedar hot tub enveloped by aspen & pine trees. In the quaint town of Rollinsville find a craft distillery, brewery and coffee shop just a mile away from the cabin. Drive 15 minutes to Ski Eldora or drink, shop and dine in the funky town of Nederland. Wander the property's private trails or adventure to any of the stunning trails just miles away. The A-frame was made for gathering, rest and exploration.

Our freshly redone, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, cabin sits on 2/3 of an acre, across from Shadow Mountain, among Aspen, with 2 natural springs flowing, across from a Private Wetland where Moose, Elk, and Deer, can be found in our grassy yard. The cabin is located in a quiet mountain area with land to play games, sip coffee on the deck watching the sun rise, relax at the fire pit roasting s'mores watching the sun set, and listening to the Colorado River. Beautiful, cozy Log Home, located in Downtown Grand Lake, just steps away from restaurants, bars, shops, trails and lake activities. Walking distance to everything there is to do in town, across from the town parking lot where you can park your trailer, boat or large vehicle for the whole duration of your stay. Built in 1901 and constantly renovated to keep up with our guests needs. Newly added Hot Tub (see house rules) lets you enjoy the fresh mountain air in the comfort of a 100 degree tub.

Brand New Cabin at Rocky Mountain National Park

Entire brand new, modern & bright cabin. We lost the cabin in 2020 in one of the largest wildfires in Colorado history, and just finished rebuilding. What we lost from the seclusion of trees, we gained in 360 degree views of Kawuneeche Valley & Rocky Mountain National Park. Nature has rebounded quickly & you will see abundant wildlife grazing the meadow, with moose and elk visiting daily. You can snowmobile/ATV from cabin to trails in less than 10 min. 4WD/AWD HIGHLY RECOMMENDED in Winter.

Relax and Watch Wildlife

Sit back and relax in our 3-bedroom, 2-bath cabin. The cabin is 10 minutes from the west entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park, 10 minutes from cross-country/snowshoeing/snowmobile trails, 2 minutes from mountain lakes (for boating, fishing, and skiing), 25 minutes from Ski Granby, and 40 minutes from Winter Park Ski. After enjoying the outdoors, return to a cozy fire or enjoy wildlife from the patios. Long driveway for multiple cars. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by family.
