Andrea and Sam went far beyond what hosts are "required" to do, including helping us with a documentation task that had nothing to do with the stay, and buying bus tickets to Montevideo. We shall long remember this sojourn with fondness and gratitude! And, we'll stay in touch, truly!

Outstanding experience! This charming tiny house was one of the highlights of our trip through Uruguay—and one of the best Airbnb stays we’ve had overall. The kitchen was fully equipped, the outdoor area was lovely, and everything was very clean and well maintained. We were even welcomed with fresh croissants, which was such a thoughtful touch. The host was incredibly kind and friendly. We truly appreciated this 6-star stay—highly recommended!

La casa está rodeada de vegetación y está cercana a la playa. Se puede disfrutar del entorno, pero también se puede permanecer en ella ya que tiene diversos juegos y los espacios comunes son amplios. Si llega a hacer frío, los aires acondicionados enseguida calefaccionan los ambientes. Fue fácil llegar a la casa y cuando ingresamos, estaba limpia y ordenada. Ana fue una anfitriona sumamente atenta, desde los primeros mensajes intercambiados.

Es la segunda vez que lo visito. Es un casco de finca de más de 100 años, con el encanto de un mundo que hoy casi ya no existe, ubicado en un jardín precioso, con caballos y vistas al Rio de la Plata y se ve hasta Buenos Aires. Para los amantes de la belleza, la simpleza.

The house is historical, and anyone staying there should be aware that it is a historic home. It is full of history and art, with its own unique beauty. The comfort and cleanliness are provided to the extent that the house can offer. Communication with the owner and manager was quick, and we were also given recommendations for places to visit and restaurants.

Fuimos con mi familia y pasamos bárbaro, la zona es linda y tranquila. Tiene un supermercado grande cerca y a su vez queda a pocas cuadras del río Uruguay también. Todo impecable, recomiendo!

Miriam and her daughter were lovely and responsive hosts. The house was large and comfortable especially the outside covered seating area. The location was close to the historic center but not right in it in a good way. Parking was not covered and the pool was not heated. There was a delicious seafood restaurant a block or two away - Buen Puerto or something.

La casa de José es muy acogedora y funcional, perfecta para una estadía en familia. Los caseros son personas muy amables y ala orden para lo que se necesite. Está a unas pocas cuadras del Real de San Carlos el lugar es hermoso Pasamos muy lindo y la recomendamos totalmente.

Fuimos con un grupo de amigas a pasar el finde y estuvo increíble! La casa es tal cual como se muestra y el barrio es super tranquilo, mucha paz! Sin duda volveríamos.

We had a lovely time, thanks in part to Carolina's hospitality. She was always on call, flexible and generous. The house is very sweet. Spotless and easy to keep clean too. Most key locations in Colonia are easily within walking distance.

Great stay at Lucia’s place! The home was spotless, well-equipped, and in a perfect location. The bed was super comfortable, and Lucia was a friendly and responsive host. Everything was perfect—highly recommend and would stay again!

Todo tal cual se describe, la anfitriona fue muy amable y flexible en cuanto al check in, siempre respondió rápidamente, el apartamento tiene entrada independiente y el barrio es muy tranquilo, se llega en auto en pocos minutos a todos lados! la cama es cómoda. Todo estaba limpio y correcto, único detalle una pared con algo de humedad, tenerlo en cuenta si son alérgicos! Aún así, recomiendo este alojamiento!
