Comfortable apartment in a very centric building. It has a rooftop to enjoy the view. 5 minutes walking from the nearest beach, 20 minutes from downtown and 5 minutes from the bus stop. The area is not commercial so you will have peace to rest. It is a calm neighborhood, many neighbors are our long time friends. Very good traditional restaurants nearby. For your security we have cameras installed in the principal entrance of the building and in the common areas. We only rent through airbnb.
