La nostra nuovissima Villa "Colle di San Gemignano" è costruita con tutte le comodità moderne ma con il fascino di un vecchio fienile tipico Toscano, completamente immersa nel verde delle colline, dove potrete assaporare la pace con gli unici rumori della natura, in totale relax, lontani dal caos e dalla frenesia delle grandi città. La villa Colle di San Gemignano è situata da sola su una collina, circondata da un ampio oliveto con piscina e solarium in legno, in sintonia con la natura.

Large portion of stone country house located on the Hills North of Lucca, 10 km far from the center, in a quite and panoramic position. The house is 200 sm. wifi internet. 3 bedrooms, sleeping up to 5+2 people. Private garden and parking. Ground floor living room, dining area and kitchen. First floor two double bedrooms sharing one full bathroom. Second floor huge bedroom with one double bed and one single bed with ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and separated shower. Only 11km from the historic walled town of Lucca lies our spacious home with spectacular views over the Tuscan hills. Ideal for cyclists and walkers, guests can also easily explore Pisa, Viareggio/the Ligurian coast, Florence & Sienna. Our local village, Ponte a Moriano, only 4km away, provides great eateries including one of the best gelaterias in the area as well as a weekly market. This is a great home away from home for relaxing whilst discovering the delights that Tuscany has to offer.

Le Muricciole: the landscape of the gentle hills

Le Muricciole, is a beautiful apartment recently restored in an old farmer's house on the sunny hills covered with olive orchards. Table,umbrella,armchairs allow to eat outside. It is at about 5 km from Lucca,medieval town, birth place of the opera composer Puccini. You can hike or bike ride on the river park, go to the seaside,only 20km away. You will like this place for the following reasons: light, intimacy, and peace. It is perfect for families, couples, groups, and people who work.

Villa singola con ampio giardino esterno e possibilità di tranquille passeggiate nella campagna adiacente. Piscina attrezzata e recintata ad uso esclusivo e zona pranzo esterna. Piccolo campo sportivo e giochi per bimbi. Possibilità di soggiornare con i propri animali. Vorrei specificare che una delle camere da letto è una stanza di passaggio con un divano che può diventare letto alla francese, da questa camera si accede ad una camera da letto matrimoniale.
