Booked Angie’s place for my brother’s marine graduation which Parris island is about 15 away. The unit is beautiful, spacious, clean, private and Angie even has extra towels, a hair straightener- everything u could ever need!!. Will absolutely come back! There’s a restaurant called Panini’s on the waterfront 14 mins from the unit it’s absolutely stunning there & there’s tons of places to shop that’s so cute. From the unit to the attention in the items people will use to the location & being super responsive- everything was 10/10. Best place I’ve booked so far!!!

Maddie was a very flexible, communicative and great host. The place was very clean, spacious and very close to downtown. A nice walkable location to explore downtown restaurants, shopping and historical sites. Great place!

I enjoyed my stay, Labi was a wonder host, fast to respond every message. The place was clean and just as shown on photos. Very peaceful, I highly recommend staying here.

Great place super clean and nice! Pool is right outside for ease of use. Beach is a little bit of a drive but just a few minutes you could probably walk if you don’t have a bunch of beach gear. Responsive host and easy pleasant check in process!

My partner and I really enjoyed staying at this adorable condo! We immediately felt at home and the kitchen had almost everything we needed to cook all of our meals. Miguel and Lisa are so lovely and very responsive. If you want a peaceful, quiet place to stay in Edisto, this is the perfect place. Thank you so much!

I travel a lot when it comes to my job and Treye’s home is phenomenal. Great views, very private and peaceful. Communication was easy and made sure I had any and everything I could possibly need. It’s like a vacation while working. Thank you for hosting me.

Overall really enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again. Perfect for family on a budget. If you seek a beach party vacation, this isn’t that. A bit dated- but I’m ok with that. Miles away from the beach- but we were ok with that. Compared to a lot of the other choices, reasonable price. Highlights: - Secluded and quiet. - Reasonable drive from beach. - We like that unlike some other Airbnbs, pet costs were properly included in total cost. No links to external contract nonsense, or surprise fees. - Comfortable couches and beds. Things to improve: - Dirty under bed. Layer of dust & Previous guest’s sock - Spotty Wi-Fi gave out frequently. - Wi-Fi instructions were incorrect. But we figured it out. Would stay here again.

We had a great stay! So cozy and “Beaufort vibes”. I was able to walk to downtown within 15 minutes down Bay Street, and it is a safe, beautiful walk. Also very close to parris island. Appliances and fixtures are very modern and quality. Highly recommend.

Felt right at home with our pups. Was within walking distance to take them sight seeing. Ian was very responsive & helpful. Would def book again.

The house was clean, private, and peaceful. Nice/friendly neighbors. Good neighborhood to take walks in. Close to downtown. The host was in constant contact, thankfully we did not have any issues but I feel confident that if we did, the host would have been available right away.

We had the most wonderful trip! The house was incredible. It was the cleanest place we have ever stayed. We decided to have a quick last minute getaway with our 6 kids, and we are so thankful that we came across this jewel. The beach chairs and all the extra beach supplies were fantastic. Our two littles loved riding in the wagon to the beach. The walk to the beach was much closer than we expected. It was a perfect house for a magical getaway for our family. Every detail of the house was incredible. We will cherish the memories we made here forever.

We had a great time at Sawyerbean! The house is a nice, older Edisto beach house and had everything we needed. It was right across the street from the beach and close to many shops and restaurants. Our relaxing vacation even included soft blankets and some waste bags for our French bulldog. She really loved being a beach babe!

Very hi Sheila comfortable home inside and out. We had everything we needed to enjoy multiple days there. Lots of activities within 30 minutes and plenty of nice restaurants. Would definitely come again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was super easy to find, had plenty of parking space for our family group, very comfortable bed, and was immaculate. I would highly recommend!

We lived our stay here. The private beach within walking distance and the pool close as well. Having a washer and dryer was great as well.

Great place to stay! Clean and comfortable condo, and minutes to the beach. Quiet community, close to Hunting Island State park. Plenty of places to eat within a 20 minute radius. Also enjoyed walking around Beaufort and the boardwalk at Cypress Wetlands in Port Royal. Would recommend staying here again.

This property was very clean and included everything we needed for our stay. Hosts were great about answering any questions we had ahead of time. We came to Beaufort to be close to Parris Island. This property is very close to not only Parris Island but a number of excellent dining and shopping choices. During our stay, there was a minor electrical issue in the kitchen, but the host sent someone over to fix it right away. I can't say enough about the cleanliness of the property and friendliness of our hosts.

Absolutely amazing stay! The villa is even more beautiful in person—charming, stylish, and spotless. You can tell the hosts really care about every detail. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the beach, which made every morning feel like a dream. Super clean, super comfortable, and incredibly peaceful. We didn’t want to leave and are already planning our next trip!

Lp was friendly and quick to respond. Instructions were clear and we found the condo comfortable. We cooked some and the kitchen had pots and pans,etc. for our use. There are stores very closeby. We loved watching the racoons at night behind in the marsh. Our day trips to Charleston and Savannah were relatively close. We also thoroughly enjoyed exploring Beaufort! Overall, the location and amenities and price made this a wonderful place to stay.

This was an ideal place for a short weekend getaway. It was so relaxing and had a good time watching the golfers as they went by. It was a short drive to beach access and restaurants.
