Quick walk to Fishing dock and Dockside restaurant PLEASE! put the correct amount of people. It’s a maximum of 3 people. There is an additional fee for a third person. There is parking for 1 vehicle. Buddy's Cottage near everything in Beaufort, SC

Who is Buddy? He was our black Labrador of 12 years. This well kept tiny home is adjacent to our main home and is private. It has 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, a sleeper sofa , 2 TV's, a full kitchen and all the amenities of home. Downtown Beaufort is 2 miles away, Parris Island is less than 5 miles away. In a quiet neighborhood. Are coming for a fishing trip and bringing your boat? Come stay with us , we have room for your boat. You can flush your engine and rinse your boat down.

Stay with us at 77 Oaks and find yourself looking out over the river as you enjoy the waking up in our new 2 bedroom amenity. Our property boasts several Grand Oaks and is frequented by wildlife, as well as our two friendly golden retrievers. Our dock has a lounge area and can be used to tie up your boat. The river allows easy access to the Atlantic Ocean and the ICW, and fishing locally is terrific year round.

The quality of construction creates a quiet "getaway" in the heart of downtown & The Old Point neighborhood. The base of the Woods Bridge and Waterfront Park are a short 1/4 mile walk or drive away.

🚭 Zero tolerance policy for smoking/vaping on the property, even outside. Due to allergies, we cannot accommodate animals of any size or kind. This listing is for the detached guesthouse only, the main house is a separate rental. 3/26: There is some land clearing going behind the property. Although visible from the back yard, no guests have said it affected their stay.
