Set in the Sierra Foothill's, off of Interstate 80 (20 scenic miles), Foresthill is a beautiful wooded Gold-Rush town with spectacular views, rivers, lakes and the Western States Trail. 4.5 miles north of Foresthill, centrally located to hiking, swimming, rafting and kayaking. Great for a family get-a-way or retreat. Parking is abundant for your cars, boat and trailer. Winter chances for snow play and skiing one hour away on Interstate 80.

Three Ponds

No cleaning fee! Private suite .Fish our ponds and enjoy 7 acres of serenity @ play our 9 hole discgolf! 5 minutes to downtown Grass Valley. One hour to the ski slopes of Lake Tahoe, 1 hour to Sacramento. Our house has been divided into two! We will be on one side of the house with a door separating us from the guest area. Guest area has separate entrance, it's own living room, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and bathroom, laundry area. Pet friendly. If you have pet allergies don't be book.

Cafe Collage, operates Thursday-Sunday from 5-8 PM, on property for take-out and private events, in a separate building. Monday-Wednesday you have the property to yourself.
