This adorable house was completed in January of 2023 and has a master bedroom plus a sleeping loft, as well as a full-sized bathroom, washer and dryer, and parking. The dining/living area has a partial view of Lake Champlain! You're tucked away on a quiet residential street near a park & playground but are just a 10-minute walk to downtown and a 5-minute walk to the lakefront and a gorgeous shoreline bike path.

Handcrafted cozy waterfront camp on Metcalf pond. Propane fireplace provides for welcome warmth after fall or winter adventures. Soak in the Hot tub on the deck. Custom spiral staircase accesses carpeted sleeping loft with books, TV, rocking chair. Enjoy the quiet off season brings to the area when most camps are shuttered for winter. Enjoy staying in and cooking and taking in the cozy atmosphere or make the approximately 20 minute drive to Smugglers Notch or enjoy other local attractions.

Lovely lakeside home w/expansive views of Lake Iroquois! Beautifully furnished 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath home with high-end finishes, hardwood, and slate floors. Relaxing great room, full kitchen, dining room, one-bedroom, and 1/2 bath on the first level. The entire upper level is devoted to a bedroom suite and features its own balcony, an oversized bathroom with a tiled shower, and a soaking tub. 2 kayaks and a canoe are available to explore the lake! 20 min. to Burlington. In the winter fire up the pellet stove and get cozy. 15 minutes to Whiteface and Keene and 25 Minutes to Lake Placid.

Close by is the Missisquoi Wildlife Refuge, Alburg Dunes State Park, ski resorts, Burlington for fine dining and nightlife, the famous Lake Champlain Islands, and Canada.
