Riverside Cottage (with heated pool Mid Jun -Sept)

Cottage sits right alongside of the West River of Pictou and has a heated swimming pool—weather permitting. Very quiet and private. Couples/Singles only. Free use of the onsite canoe or kayaks. There is a private firepit onsite which can be used when the government burn restrictions permit, and a private deck with a bbq. There is also an above ground heated pool shared with the owners. Two bedrooms with king size beds, full bath, Ducted heat pump, wood stove, and complete kitchen! Enjoy sitting in the hot tub and looking up at the stars or roasting marshmallows over the camp fire. Walk down to the river and enjoy sitting out on the deck. Kayaks are available to enjoy the river. Morning coffee on our covered deck and watching the dear come out is very relaxing! We do not have wifi.

Off Grid - Big Lake Cabin Cozy cabin on a quiet, fresh water lake outside of Oxford, NS. We are 19 minutes from Ski Wentworth, 10 minutes from the quaint little town of Oxford. A four season cabin that runs on solar power, propane and a wood stove to curl up in front of for warmth and relaxation after a day of skiing, snow shoeing or hiking. Wifi available. *This is a shared space.
