Explore nearby hiking trails or gaze upon the horse pasture with friendly horses that will come right up to the back patio for some gorgeous photo opportunities.

Welcome to Pawpaw's house. You will be staying on a working cattle farm that has been in the family for three generations. This is the perfect spot for workday getaways or a weekend away from it all. Less than ten minutes away from Helen Keller Birthplace, Hawk Pride Mountain Off-road, Muscle Shoals Sound, Fame Recording Studio, and historic Downtown Tuscumbia. Cane Creek Nature Preserve is in our back yard. We are also a short drive from Florence! Message and I’ll help you plan!

The Three Gulls - Pickwick Lake

Mostly remodeled 1960s ranch style home, 3 BR, two bath directly on lakefront about 5 miles west of Tuscumbia on Pickwick Lake in rural area. Home has 5 beds: one king, two doubles and two twins. Features include a spacious screened in porch with lake view and multilevel deck directly on main river. Small pier for swimming, or it may be used for securing boat. Closest boat launch site is Pride Landing, about 5 miles west of house. Double driveway offers plenty of parking space.

The Weeping Trail Lodge

We are located in country setting close to a camp ground that has a boat ramp and swimming accessible and fishing on the Tennessee River. The Alabama Wildlife Management Area is close for hunting. There is also a lot of history within 20 miles such as: The Rock Wall, (to commemorate the History of The Trail of Tears), W. C. Handy Home and Museum, Muscle Shoals Sound, Fame Recording, Helen Keller Home, Coon Dog Cemetery and the Rattle Snake Saloon, a restaurant in a cave.
