It boasts many of its original features including 12 ft. ceilings, and claw foot tub. Kick back and relax in the hot tub on the spacious, private deck. Mostly remodeled 1960s ranch style home, 3 BR, two bath directly on lakefront about 5 miles west of Tuscumbia on Pickwick Lake in rural area. Home has 5 beds: one king, two doubles and two twins. Features include a spacious screened in porch with lake view and multilevel deck directly on main river. Small pier for swimming, or it may be used for securing boat. Closest boat launch site is Pride Landing, about 5 miles west of house. Double driveway offers plenty of parking space.

Has 2 BR, 2 B, 3 rd BR that's setup with a Z-bar, iron & ironing board, blowup twin mattress. 1 BR has it’s own private bath, 2nd B is off the hallway. Walking distance to UNA baseball field, & basketball gyn. This house is strictly for renting and not my personal use & I hope you find it to be welcoming & comfortable!
