This entire apartment was renovated in late 2022 so everything is brand new! 1 queen sized bedroom with blackout curtains and a washer/dryer combo in the unit. 1 full bathroom and kitchen with everything you need to whip up a quick meal for those times you want to stay in and watch streaming TV on the comfy couch. Parking for 1 car is free and just in front of the unit.

Beautiful apartment cabin located only 2 mins away from the Florence Sportsplex, 5 mins to McFarland Park, 2 mins from Wild Wood Park in Cypress Creek, and 8 mins to Downtown Florence! This location is an amazing spot giving you access to go kayaking, fishing, and other fun river activities or to go and take a stroll through downtown Florence and see the variety of things this magnificent city has to offer! Great getaway location that’s fully equipped!
