Localizada a minutos da Autoestrada para acesso a Lisboa, Estação de Comboios Coina, Shopping, Espaços verdes e fácil acesso ao Campo de Golfe Quinta do Perú. A 2 minutos de carro tem o Supermercado Lidl, entre outros e Farmácia. A 25 minutos de carro, tem Setúbal, com acesso a Tróia por ferry boat, e praias como a da Caparica, Lagoa de Albufeira, Sesimbra e o Farol do Cabo Espichel!

Mountain Chalet, crafted entirely from wood, presents a blend of mountain and seaside serenity. Accessible by foot (181 steps) or via a vehicle operated by staff for check in and out, the house guarantees absolute privacy. The house is separated in two structures, and offers an escape, where the hustle of cars is replaced by the presence of nature. Each bedroom, offers panoramic ocean vistas, ensuring every awakening is as breathtaking as the view. Walking distance from the beach!

The Pool House is located on my plot on the outskirts of Cascais Center, within walking distance to many restaurants, cafés, museums, beaches and a short 35-minute train ride to the center of Lisbon. In the plot there is the main house with direct entrance from the street, and three small Houses, each accessible from the street by the garden entrance: Pool House, Guest House and the Garden House Our 6 Guests in total are welcome to use the heated plunge pool all year round.
