Historic Quinta Estate with Pool & Mountain views

A former Adega grape press has been transformed into a beautiful family home with a private outdoor terrace, garden & BBQ within a stunning historic Quinta estate including swimming pool, gardens and cascading olive orchards. It's a 10min walk through the village to the river with beaches and a café whilst charming Coja town is a 5min drive and includes several restaurants, cafes, bakeries, bank. A multitude of historic sights and outdoor activities are catered for in the surrounding area.

O apartamento (com garagem no mesmo edifício) fica a cerca de 500 metros da Universidade de Coimbra e do centro histórico da cidade, a 400 metros do Jardim Botânico e a 50 metros da Praça da República. Tem vistas para o Jardim da Sereia, com fácil acesso a transportes públicos, atividades para famílias e vida noturna. Cosy apartment, located in the heart of the city, in a calm neighbourhood. This apartment has lots of light, airy and with all the comfort you need, with some accomodations like dishwasher, coffee machine, washing and drying machine. The apartment is located in the historic part of the city, wich is a UNESCO heritage and is 5 minutes from University, Praça da República, Baixa and Museu Machado Castro. From this apartment you can get by walk to all the mainly interest points of the city.

Ah 33 - Studio 21 - UNESCO Historical Center

Located in the heart of the city of Coimbra, next to the UNESCO World Heritage "University of Coimbra - Alta and Sofia" the AH33 - Studios are an excellent starting point to enjoy the best that Coimbra has to offer. Each bright studio has a living room and a bedroom with private bathroom with hardwood floors, kitchen / kitchenette with induction hob, microwave, fridge, kitchen utensils and dinnerware. The AH33 - Studios offers cable TV, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all studios.

The center of the center

1 bedroom apartment. Although it´s ideal for a couple, it can accommodate a extra guest in the living room sofa-bed. Located in the center the newly World Heritage area, this apartment is the best starting point to discover the city of Coimbra. The university is a 5 minutes walk, and the city comercial area is a 1 minute walk. Small restaurants, fado houses, bars, a national museum and small groceries shops are all at hand. This family managed apartment is located at street level.

Idyllic little house near Coimbra “casinha”

Great little house in small working village near Coimbra ( 25'away). Between Lousa(8 K) and Miranda da Corvo (14k). Quiet and peaceful, with views over fields. Fully equipped for Summer, April to September. NO MORE BBC CHANELS ! ( the BBC has removed us from their satellite!) Dutch, French and German channels plus a few others.....about 400 of them! There is NO Portuguese TV Chanel's

Apartment Almedina

In the heart of the old roman, arab and medieval town, there is a XIX th century facade concealing and displaying a lot of this neighbourhood history! The apartment has a modern design and a great complicity/respect, about the original architecture. He is surrounded by museums, old churches, bohemian cafes, typical shops, restaurants and pleasant views.
