Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Easy walk to downtown, beaches, parks and harbor. Golf all around us, Sledding in town on Cherry Hill, Skiing 30 min to Kellog, Silverwood 30min Great location for all amenities and attractions. Quiet private backyard with fire pit (wood provided), patio heater, table and bbq. All under great shade trees in the summer. This home is very well suited for large groups and families. Lots of street parking one space in the driveway.

The Roost at Hayden Lake

Escape to Hayden Lake. This waterfront guesthouse is well-equipped for a relaxing stay in beautiful North Idaho. You'll find a modern rustic space with a fully stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, serene surroundings, and an inspiring view of the lake. During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. The neighboring home is undergoing excavation from Apr-Sep 2026. You can expect construction noise and traffic during working hours.

Enjoy the sounds of nature, views of beautiful Fernan Lake, wildlife (eagles, osprey, deer, elk, our wild yard bunnies etc.) and the feeling of being in the middle of nowhere but only 1.5 miles from I-90. Access to 300 ft. of shoreline (fishing, paddleboarding, kayaking), 5 min drive to downtown CDA, the CDA golf course, the Centennial Trail and 10 min to great running/hiking trails. Only a 40 min drive from Spokane Airport. Brand new fully outfitted Airstream with water and power hooked up.

It's located 8 minutes to town, 5 minutes to Honeysuckle Public Beach, 20 minutes to downtown Coeur d'Alene, and 20 minutes to Silverwood. This serene space will have you relaxed in no time! Please note: it's located above our garage with 18 stairs to get in. The nearest public beach is 5 minutes away.

This is a cute basement apartment in the heart of midtown Coeur d’ Alene. It is clean & comfortable with big daylight windows. The kitchen is supplied with the tools you need to make meals. Full bathroom with tub & shower. Large laundry room. It is a locked, completely separate apartment and private entrance. We are available if you need us, but will give you your privacy. Let us know if you’d like to use bikes. We have 2 beach cruisers (adult). Come enjoy beautiful North Idaho!
