This is a Tropical Paradise in the heart of N Miami Beach. You will be blown away with our hidden gem. Our spacious Villa is not only perfect for families and/or groups of friends. The rooms is set up and outdoor space is exactly what groups are seeking having some privacy and space to hang around. For additional guests spending the night a $60 fee per guests per night will apply. If your additional guests are just coming for a few hours and not sleeping over the fee per guests per day is $30

Unfortunately After March 1, 2026, we will need to service the Jacuzzi. The service for the Jacuzzi could take up to two months so we cannot offer the Jacuzzi / hot Tub after March 1. Casa Canal is a relaxing oasis surrounded by tropical plants and a Beautiful Canal. The canal is home to manatees, squirrels, bright green Iguanas, and at times wild green Parakeets in the tree canopy, Spend a quiet time fishing under the gumbo limbo tree while enjoying the tropical breeze.

The villa is a dream come true for a family or executive. Large and completely renovated in 2022, a fully equipped kitchen, a grand master bedroom, pool, and gym! The villa is in the excellent neighborhood of Shenandoah . The large pool area includes a fire pit, lawn chairs, and a terrace dining area to enjoy the cool nights. The villa enjoys private off-street parking. Pool & gym are to be used with caution and at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty.
