You’re just going to love this comfortable and modern house. I created this place for the smart traveler who wants their accommodations to be a part of their vacation experience. Thoughtfully designed as a special home base for the Northern Arizona adventure, think of it as a quiet place to recharge your batteries. Your vacation just got a serious upgrade with soft linens, cozy couch and outdoor movie watching area. Dining and the train are just a short walk downtown. What are you waiting for?

Walk Downtown-Cozy House

Park on the premises, walk 2 blocks to the heart of Historic Downtown Flagstaff. Cozy one bedroom house affectionately called 'Hobbit House' for having low ceilings, especially in the bathroom (see description for details), queen bed, well stocked kitchen, private front porch. Safe neighborhood, quiet evenings and weekends, a very relaxing place to be so close to downtown! No TV but has lots of reading material to learn about the area. No A/C. I have 2 other separate places next to Cozy House.

Best Flagstaff Location – Charming Guest Cottage

Located near the Schultz Creek trailhead, this is ideal for mountain bikers, hikers, and folks that just want to enjoy some of Flagstaff's best trails. It's a short drive to the Snowbowl, and yet downtown is only 3 miles away – by bus, car, or bike path. Cozy, quiet, upscale guest cottage with golden light pouring in. To top it off, Grand Canyon is just 70 miles up the road!. If you want to be close to town and yet steps from the national forest, don’t miss this gem. Owners' house is on-site.

Rendezvous 2444 2BR Guest House

Have relaxing fun at this quiet country cottage. Built in 2023, it sits on 10 acres, and we, the hosts live on site in a separate home about 150 feet away. We do not have pet or cleaning fees. You'll enjoy quiet surroundings with big skies and beautiful mountain views all around from your private deck. We're located only eight miles north of Williams and about 1 point 5 miles off the highway to the Grand Canyon, all on paved road, and just a 45 minute drive to the South Gate to the Canyon.
