A home away from home for your vacation no matter how long or short your stay. A two bedroom unit features a king size bed in the master bedroom and two twins in the guest room. The unit includes a full kitchen, a queen sleeper sofa, and two bathrooms. 3 TV's are located in the unit; one in each of the bedrooms and one in the living room. The unit is equipped with a washer and dryer and an oceanfront balcony. This room has a maximum occupancy of 6 & sleeps 4 privately. Rates/availability vary!

Recent review July 2025 As a host myself, I had high expectations and the place surpassed them. The suite has an awesome kitchenette with cooktop and a table where you can eat/work, a pristine and stylish bathroom, and a comfy bed with warm sheets. I was traveling alone for business but with the beach just steps away I immediately told my wife I would have to return soon with her for a pleasurable vacation stay. I can't wait to make it back here. 5 Stars all around.

Cute & locally-owned 10 room motor court. It has been freshly remodeled, updated to current times, and is very clean! Located just a short walk from the National Scenic Byway, Indian River lagoon. One can take scenic walks and/or bike rides along the beautiful Indian River. 10-minute drive to the Historic Cocoa Village (more details below) It is also approximately 30-minute drive to the world-famous/popular Cocoa Beach or 1 hr. to Orlando.
