My wife and I stayed for a week for our daughter’s college spring softball games. The property is as described. Clean and well maintained. Jessica is very accommodating and very responsive to my questions. Everything that you need in the kitchen was there, from laundry detergent to dishwashing detergent to even coffeemaker and actual coffee and filters. The washed /dryer was extremely useful. Extra linens and towels were provided and bathroom supplies as well.

This is an outstanding beach condo. Super clean, tastefully decorated, very peaceful and friendly neighbors. We rode out Hurricane Milton here with no issues. The beach is very private and we really enjoyed happy hour at Cadillac Cove across the street. The king bed was super comfy and I loved the living room recliner. The kitchen had everything we needed. The place is very quiet and we enjoyed taking our meals on the ocean front lanai. Highly recommended!!

Great place in a beautiful location. Direct access to beach is a privilege. You can enjoy sunrise, heated pool and hot tub. Penny was great so don’t forget to say hi to her. She can fix any problem you have during your stay. I would definitely come back again.

Everything was great and as advertised. The host was very responsive with a few questions we had within an hour or so of checking in. Checking in was easy, just use a pin code on the door when you get there. Checking out was also a breeze. The house has plenty of space, outside balcony, and was right by the pool. The access to the beach is right behind the building. Definitely recommend.

Pictures don’t do it justice! Place is larger and with 6 kiddos in tow (8 people) it was a resort with everything and a fun and safe resort. The staff were wonderful- everyone chats with you and the kids!- even the Tram driver. Of which the driver (Will) saw a cell phone on the bench before he pulled away and saved me from that loss! And mostly-this place was the best view-Oceanside. The best was they also fed us the events happening during our stay. Of which the rocket launch was phenomenal! Both owners and resort staff text to check in and see how stay is and if needed anything. Responses were almost immediate. We will be back, this was perfect! Thank you!

The condo was exactly what we wanted for a weekend trip. It was a pleasant surprise to have all the beach supplies we needed. The toiletries, linens and kitchen were fully stocked. The place was clean, quiet and comfortable. The location was handy, an excellent seafood restaurant was within walking distance. No complaints at all.

Beautiful, perfect location and very clean condo. Lihua is very responsive and thoughtful. We had hoped to use the pool which is closed, so that would have been nice to mention (not sure if it is seasonal and looked like construction) but otherwise the location is perfect and price very fair. We hope to return again!

This unit was beautiful and perfect location! Just over the dune to the beach. Beach was not crowded. Very close to Cocoa beach activities & restaurants. Very clean & updated, very comfortable from kids to seniors. 10/10 would love to return in the future!

Anna was very responsive and helpful when a few small problems arose. She made sure we were all taken care of and could enjoy the rest of our trip. She Went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

Kelly's one-bedroom condo with pull-out couch was perfectly comfortable for my daughter's and my get-away to Florida. The condo is comfortable, bright, airy, and charming. It is quite literally a two minute walk - or less! - from the condo to the beautiful beach. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing location this fits the bill. Kelly provides a Guest Information folder with suggestions for local breakfast, lunch and dinner spots as well as bars and clubs.

We enjoyed our stay at Linda’s place. She was very responsive and helpful! Loved the close vicinity to the beach and the peaceful area we were located in. Would definitely go back!

This is the second year my family and I have stayed at the Shark Shack and it was just as lovely as the first time. Donnetta is very friendly, accommodating and willing to do what she can to make our stay enjoyable. This place is truly a hidden gem and we look forward to booing again for next year!

Beautifully decorated and clean condo with an easy walk to the beach!! Having a bath and a half is so convenient. All of the instructions are updated and very helpful, and hosts are very engaged and responsive. We had a great time 😊

Christina is an amazing host. She responds very quickly and is very professional and accommodating. Her apartment was one of the best places we ever stayed. Very clean, modern, wonderfully stocked and close to the beach, restaurants and other shops in the neighborhood. We enjoyed very clean swimming pool and tennis courts which were on the property. Watching beach in the morning and sunsets in the evening was another great experience which added to the value of our vacation. We definitely enjoyed every moment of our vacation and would recommend this place to everybody!!!

Tammy is a fantastic host and her apartment is truly special, as soon as we entered after a long trip from the UK we felt at home. Spotless clean, very comfortable bed and unlike some rentals we have stayed in, everything worked as it should, from the hot water to the internet to the kitchen appliances. The balcony overlooking the pond was the perfect place to catch the afternoon/evening sun and the pool which was rarely busy was a minute walk across the street. Would we stay again? Yes we most certainly would. Thanks for everything. 10/10!

This condo was nicely decorated, very clean, great pool and amenities and steps to the beach…had it all! Michelle, the host, was wonderful, helpful and quick to respond to any needs we had. We had a great trip… already booked again for next year!

Gregory’s condo is true luxury. From all the amenities inside, the beautiful furnished design, the kitchenware. Then there’s the view from the balcony of the river and the pool. We spent every sunset either in the jacuzzi or the balcony - each sunset distinct and beautiful. The entire feeling of peace and beauty is unbeatable! Truly, we would return just for the Master shower!! The place comes with a long list of instructions. Fairly, that’s because there are so many amenities. So make it a point to use them all. It’s worth it.

Gorgeous condo with amazing views ocean on one side and Indian River on the other. Can view beautiful sunsets from balcony and so peaceful to have morning coffee outdoors listening to ocean. Biggest Master bathroom shower I have ever seen with 3 shower heads. Convenient covered parking beneath building. Just a short walk across the street to private beach access with resort amenities.

Wonderful stay! Amazing location to beach and pool. The condo was super clean and spacious! Paul was amazing with communication! We will be back.

I highly recommend this condo right in front of the ocean. Extremely comfortable beds. Amazing kitchen equipped with everything you need to prep meals. Eating out in the balcony was heavenly. Great attentive, responsive host. Can’t wait to come back.

Harbor Island is a very nice laid back beach vacation spot. Karli's condo is beautiful and comfortable. The sunsets are awesome, and even on spring break week, it felt like we had the beautiful pool and hot tub to ourselves. The vibe of the whole club is laid back and beautiful. From the beach, to the pool, to the unreal views from to comfy balcony overlooking the intercoastal waterway, this place has everything we wanted and more. Not to mention the luxurious feel of the condo, from the kitchen, to the bedrooms, to the amazing master bathroom, the comfy luxury feel of this place is on another level. We didn't wanna leave.

Balcony view of ocean is the best feature of this unit & the reason to book this place. Being on top floor means a quiet stay but only being on the 5th floor means hearing the waves all the time when the glass doors were open. Balcony & entire unit is very spacious & comfortable to spend time in. Bedrooms are generous in size & living room / dining room / kitchen is all open creating a great room to hang out in. Photos actually don’t do it justice - looks better in person. Kitchen has all you need to cook including real wine glasses. Great to have a garage to park our car in. Also it’s a super easy drive to get to and from Orlando. Although appreciate initial paper products being available it would have been helpful to include a couple of extra toilet paper rolls to make it through a long wkd stay. Needs a little attention in maintenance & cleaning of furniture cushions but would stay here again.
