The Old School Kilmore

Located in the small village of Kilmore, next to the Parish Church, this Four-Star rating old School House is full of charm and history. Built in 1823, it welcomed 86 students daily and was a school until 1967. Central for day trips north and south, and a short drive to Armagh with its Cathedrals, Library, and Planetarium. Tullydowey Gate Lodge

Situated beside the village of Blackwatertown on the border between counties Tyrone and Armagh. Tullydowey Gate Lodge is a Grade B1 listed property built in 1793. Restoration of the gate lodge was completed in 2019 and undertaken with the utmost regard for the history of the building with many of the existing 18th century features sympathetically maintained whilst providing the comforts of 21st century living in a traditional country cottage style turning it once again into a real eye catcher.

Cushenny House is very special. Steeped in 100’s of years of history, and home place of the foundation of the Orange Lodge, (LOL 1 is a stones throw away), we have a stunning, peaceful home nestled amid rolling hills, a stream and ancient orchards. Our 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home has a large family kitchen and living area, a reading room, a sitting room, utility and storage. Outside the gardens reflect the seasons and the sun sets are breathtaking from the large patio. Tranquility awaits.

The Weaver's Cottage

This traditional, 3 bedroom Georgian cottage, steeped in history, offers a cosy retreat in a beautiful countryside setting. Relax in the private walled courtyard or enjoy the extensive gardens and chat to resident horses and donkeys. Sitting-room with gas fired stove , sunroom with cast iron stove, TV, and glass doors to patio with alfresco dining, fully equipped kitchen, ensuite bedroom with double bed, second bedroom with double bed, downstairs wet room, oil fired central heating.

Craigs Rock Cottage Cookstown

Situated on the edge of the village of Orritor, approx 3 miles from Cookstown, Craigs Rock Cottage has an ideal central location for exploring Northern Ireland. The cottage boasts green field views, two separate living areas, BT TV, open fire, free WiFi, fully equipped modern kitchen, 2 double and 2 single bedrooms. Linen and towels are provided. There's a local shop with a deli-counter providing daily hot and cold food along with a sit in restaurant just a 5 minute walk away.

Bramble Cottage

Close to local towns and villages yet benefiting from the peace and quiet of country life. Bramble Cottage is set in the heart of Mid Ulster. Conveniently located 0.5 mile of the A29 Road between Dungannon and Cookstown. Have a relaxing walk around the country roads or visit the various local tourist attractions such as Tullyhogue Fort and Drum Manor Forest Park. Traditional country style cottage with ample parking. Local amenities in Newmills village which is 2 miles away.

Flowerhill Cottage

Flowerhill Cottage is a 18th Century barn which has been sympathetically restored to an exceptional standard. In 2021 we have replaced the bathroom, installed new triple glazing and completed redecorated. The accommodation comprises of 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, an open plan kitchen/dining area, and living room with double sofa bed and a wood burning stove. The accommodation can be altered to suit the needs of any guest. Cots, high chairs etc can be provided upon request.

Derrycaw Cottage

Our cottage is situated on approx 7 acres of land with plenty of wide open space. All of the rooms are spacious and light. We have 2 recreational rooms, the lounge has a real log burning fire with plenty of logs and our dining room has sky lights and a large flat tv. The cottage is situated at the bottom of a long and private drive with parking for 10-12cars. Just 5 minutes drive to the motorway and local amenities. Sorry but we don't allow pets.
