Restoration of the gate lodge was completed in 2019 and undertaken with the utmost regard for the history of the building with many of the existing 18th century features sympathetically maintained whilst providing the comforts of 21st century living in a traditional country cottage style turning it once again into a real eye catcher.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Ruby cottage has lots of garden space which is safe for little ones. There are two bedrooms one double and one twin room, use of cot and high chair available if needed. One bathroom and one shower room. There are two living areas both with smart tvs and woodburing stoves. Clabby is a small village in fermanagh which has a small shop walking distance from the cottage and a great new playpark very close by.

The Floating Boathouse at Carrickreagh FP250

A unique stay on Lough Erne. This fully floating house boat is finished to an exceptional standard. The accommodation is open plan with a full size double bed, and a sofa bed that converts to a double bed. A travel cot can included upon request. There is a fully functioning kitchen complete with electric hob, oven & fridge. Outside there is a Weber charcoal BBQ for guests use (fuel not included). There is a full shower room. All bedding & towels are provided.
