There are two bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Half bath on the 1st floor with Washer and dryer available.

Plenty of hiking, fishing, & boating or just relax on the beach! Living room, full bathroom, loft bedroom, kitchen, dining area and outside upper deck!

Come to this great place with lots of room for fun. Amenities for having fun with your entire family or group of friends! Bikes, kayaks, wood and fire pit, utensils, cocktail station, a balcony for sipping a drink or a coffee and plenty of places to eat and enjoy the open landscape, this house is a truly perfect place to slow down, relax, and enjoy the finer things in life. No pets allowed, as we have had problems. Kayak use must be discussed and approved in advance.

Fannie is walking distance to both the river and Kettle Creek. There is a outdoor solar shower and also a newly added hot shower next to the outhouse. Water turned on for the season. .
