Welcome to Lansing Layover #3! We didn't think Lansing had enough hip, unique short term rental options, so we've set out to create some! With this apartment building we're trying to take an old building and give it a new feel. Located in a seasoned industrial pocket of Lansing, walking distance of capital city airport & a 10-15 minute drive from downtown Lansing and MSU, this unit is located on the garden level and has been updated to reflect a clean, cozy, light design. A Country Getaway - Sleeps 19 close to MSU

Private country setting, close to MSU (13 miles away). Sitting on over two acres with Apple trees, two large decks, and a fire pit. Home is spacious with over 2400 sq ft, open floor plan, sleeps up to 19 guests! 5 bedrooms, 4 full baths, 2 fireplaces, and family room in lower level/walkout. Looking Glass River, 1.5 miles ideal for Fishing and Kayaking. Lake Lansing, 10 miles away with public boat launch and large beach and picnic area. Park Lake, 6.5 miles with small beach kayak/small boat.

Entire Guest Suite This newly renovated guest suite is located in the 2nd story of our home with a separate and private entrance. Just a few blocks from lovely downtown St. Johns. You will find restaurants, shopping, craft coffee shops and a walking trail. Easy access to main roads and just 25 minutes to Lansing and MSU. Guests have private stairs, a deck, and free parking. Guest enter with a smart lock keypad. With the Roku Smart TV Guest mode, you can log in to your favorite accounts.

Peaceful neighborhood close to MSU (15 min) and Capital (20 min) This cottage was build in 1900 and has been in our family for 4 generations. Nature oriented decor is relaxing and rejuvenating. Lush gardens (both ornamental and edible) create an experience. Excellent space for a solo or family retreat.

Escape to the peace and simplicity of the countryside in our cozy, attached apartment on a 7th-generation family homestead. This private apartment comfortably sleeps 4 and is fully ADA compliant, also featuring a bathroom, washer/dryer, a fully equipped kitchenette and a piano. Large windows offer views of open fields, grazing goats, and beautiful sunrises; all of which can be enjoyed over a hot cup of coffee from the deck, or by a serene stroll down to Stoney Creek.

Pine Acres Retreat

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. Our beautiful camp sits on 10 acres. See wildlife daily throughout the property. Camp is 1 mile from Sleepy Hollow State Park which features hiking trails, mountain bike trails, and horseback riding trail trails. Also features a 410 acre lake with lots of great fishing. We also accommodate for guests with boats or horses. We have a fish cleaning station available to guests.

The Loft at the Elbow

Surrounded by 500 acres of protected DNR land. Perfect for a quiet get away. The Loft at the Elbow is a stand alone barn with 1380 sq ft of living space on second floor. One bay for parking in garage and additional parking in driveway. Great views of lake outback. One bedroom separated by French doors with king bed and electric fireplace. The living room has a full size pull out day bed for guests.
