Tiny House 4 The Big Game!

This cozy "Tiny House" is on an acreage near Norman. You will have the whole house, consisting of the main room (kitchen/living/queen bed), a full bathroom with a washer/dryer combo, and a loft with a twin bed. Both beds have thick comfortable mattresses (memory-foam twin), and the full-size leather couch is super comfy. You will have very easy access to highways into Norman, South Oklahoma City, and Will Rogers Airport, but without all the noise of the city. We look forward to meeting you!

Adorable Private Guest House, Quiet, Clean, Wi-Fi!

Guests will love staying at this entire guest house that features tons of amenities to make their stay memorable. This place features a private entrance, coffee, snacks, beverages, Fast Wifi, free parking, and more! Located close to University of Oklahoma & Riverwind Casino! This place also has a covered pavilion that is great for hanging out and cooking on our outdoor grill. Our beautiful swing set located in the back yard is perfect for photoshoots or enjoying the weather. May be shared.

Unique Modern Tiny Cottage

This unique place has a style all its own. With only 240 square feet this hidden gem will exceed all your expectations! Its central location is perfect for a girls weekend, visiting family, or catching a sporting event. It has a bedroom with queen bed and the couch folds out for a smaller person. The private outdoor space is perfect with fire pit and seating area and covered parking for your vehicle. This house has everything you need and I’m just a call away if you something comes up.

Campus retreat 4 blocks to OU and downtown.

Unique private guest suite comprising the entire 950 sq. ft. of the whole upstairs of the home with its own private entrance. Come and go as you please. The suite features a full kitchen, a bath with a shower and separate tub, a large living room with a fireplace, a dining area and a bedroom with a queen bed and a balcony. There is an area off the dining area with a double daybed which can be sealed off with the sliding closet doors. The suite features your own central heat and air units.

The Prancying Pony is a short walk to the University of Oklahoma Campus, Historic Downtown Arts District, restaurants, and dining. The Pony is a quiet and secluded cabana with beautiful garden and pool. The ambiance, the outdoor space, and neighborhood make this the ideal location for exploring the best of Norman. Charming tiny house near OU campus

Nestled in the trees overlooking Eastwood park, just blocks from the OU campus in one direction and the unique shops and restaurants of Main Street in the other, this sweet little hidden gem is perfect for visiting professors, parents or anyone looking for a quiet retreat. *Please note, there are several uneven steps and a gravel path leading to the entrance of the guest house. Definitely NOT suitable for visitors with mobility issues.
