Serenity on the hill - Crooked Crow Farmhouse

This 1830 brick farmhouse is nestled on a bluff overlooking the east fork river valley. The setting is quiet, pastoral, and private, with the exception of occasional family use of barn 400' away. Home was remodeled in 2018 with new kitchen and bath and complete makeover. 2 large covered porches Bath is upstairs and stairs are sturdy and safe, but original and slightly steep. Well equipped kitchen, sub zero fridge,microwave,dishwasher, toaster,coffee maker. Bring ice. Nice Bocce court too.

Cheerful 4 bedroom w/ outdoor oasis. Full Nursery

Relax with the whole family by the pool, in the Hammock near the Koi pond at our vacation home. Located in Batavia, Just 2 miles from Jungle Jims, Eastgate Mall, shopping and dining. Full access to the nature center, fishing pond and playground that is just a walk away! The backyard has a full playground as well and we have an adjustable basketball hoop in the driveway. We are 25 minutes from Greater Cincinnati Airport, Kings Island Amusement Park, Cincinnati Zoo & Cincinnati Aquarium. Etc. Etc

Come enjoy this entire Loveland home.Newly remodeled and includes 2 bedrooms (king and queen) as well as a pull out couch with extra bedding. Fully supplied kitchen.Outside area includes a dining table (available during good weather) a grill and fenced in yard. It's a 2 min drive, 5 min bike ride , or 15 min walk to charming downtown Loveland 's restaurants, microbrewery, parks, playgrounds, river, and kayak and bike rental.Also, a 15 min drive to Kings Island, 28 min to downtown Cincinnati.

New 10/2024! Escape to a quiet creek side retreat 30 miles from Cincy center. With 10 wooded acres at the end of a gravel lane you will enjoy 3 marked trails with several creek crossings. Originally a modest hunting cabin the owner/builder has upgraded every aspect to create a very special space. 2 decks, seasonal hot tub (Oct>April) for 2, fire pit, and a cooks kitchen make this home an oasis we are sure you will love as we do. It's the nature you need to decompress and rejuvenate.

The Cozy River Home

This home is very welcoming and cozy. Located close to SR 32 and I 275. Convenient to shopping, theaters, restaurants. There are 2 small bedrooms upstairs with a feeling of warmth and comfort and a place to rest. Located in town on a quiet street across from the police station. The home has a back deck attached to home & a second deck with a view of the Little Miami East Fork River. Within walking distance to coffee shops, banks, post office, restaurants, & the village community park.

Nestled on a lovely 2 acre lot, it has been completely remodeled. Stunning marble countertops throughout the home, with a fully furnished kitchen. New furniture, beds and bedding . A fire pit in the back of the house and a sitting area in the front. A private space to work from with 750 mbps wifi, 3 smart tvs, and 4 ways to make coffee. The Green Door Cottage

Great home completely renovated from top to bottom. Perfect space for families, as this home is centrally located next to Augusta Pool and park and within walking distance to great dining, local shops, or just to relax and enjoy the Ohio River and August Ferry. We can accomodate groups up to 12 with the house directly next door also serving as an airbnb. The Red Door and Green Door Cottages are perfect for larger groups as both home are newly updated and share the same amenities.
