If you need a place near Clemson, I-85, Greenville, river rafting, hiking, antique shopping, or if you just want to getaway with your friends and family to enjoy fun in the sun with beautiful sunsets and campfires, this is the perfect place for you!! Oh, and the fishing is fantastic! This rental includes the ENTIRE LOWER LEVEL of our waterfront home, and can sleep 6 adults! Please note that this is attached to our private residence but you have a completely separate entryway and 100% privacy!

A 1400sqft lower level unit. The space has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, a large living area & a smaller second living room with 2 sofa beds. Large windows and double doors leads to a nice outdoor open space. Modern kitchen & dining area, perfect for a nice meal & nice view. We also have a 3 person infrared sauna with full lake view, bluetooth and light therapy. You are also welcome to enjoy our dock, with deep waters and great views. Spectacular 3 brm/2 bath Terrace Escape-Clemson

A perfect place to spread out & enjoy a forest retreat. This is a 1500 sq/ft, a newly furnished terrace level of our home that can accommodate 6+ with a Murphy bed in third bedroom. It has a full kitchen ready to cook a big meal and washer/dryer and pool table SmartTV with Roku that can connect to all your favorite online channels as well as SlingTV for sports or other popular channels, Hi-Definition antennae for local stations. Pets are not allowed as some of our guests have allergies.

Bright & comfortable studio apartment located in a quiet family neighborhood in the country, yet minutes to town. We are an easy 15 minute drive to Clemson, less than 5 miles to SWU, 7 miles to Duke Energy. Smart location for the mountains & lakes, visiting colleges, and graduation. Tiger tailgate space available for an additional fee. Hikes, waterfalls, 12 Mile river & Lake Hartwell are nearby. Friendly dogs are fenced or in our home. The Craftsman Studio is a new downtown addition to a 110 year old craftsman house. The addition was designed and decorated by a Greenville architect who lives in the main house. The property sits in a historic downtown neighborhood, just 4 short blocks from Main St. Although it's so close to downtown, the neighborhood is a quiet haven away from urban life. (Although there are kids in the neighborhood which could add some flare/fun noise to your day if you’re staying in.)

Enjoy beautiful lake views on the covered porch or from our dock. A Private Neighborhood Boat ramp is 25 feet from our home. Bring your boat, use our dock, space for multiple trailers.
