Lakefront home is nestled in a tranquil cove on the Tannenbaum Peninsula. With 4 bedrooms (+ Loft) and 3 baths, a total of 13 people can comfortably stay. Bring your boat! A neighborhood boat ramp is 2 mins away. Tannenbaum Golf Course, a top 5 course in Arkansas, is 3 mins away. Or, take a dip in Greers Ferry Lake, play some foosball or hit a ping pong ball. The loft has a daybed with two twin mattresses and a queen sofa bed. Two single kayaks are provided. Enjoy the FAST WiFi. No parties.

What We Love About This Property:<br>Wade in access to the river to angle for trout that is not common on the river - we've got something most others do not! From the king size master suite, you have eyelevel view onto the water. This is a fab group property; lots of bedrooms, large dining table and 2 separate lounging areas. The sunken den with fireplace is unsurpassed. If you want to paddle or float the river, you're in luck. Dripping Springs public launch is just across the river.<br><br>

This cozy 3 bedroom 2 bath home + loft is located on the water at Greer's Ferry Lake in Higden. The pathway to the water has a beautiful view and a great place to jump in the lake or drop a fishing line. Water equipment provided for guests includes 2 kayaks with paddles and more. This lake house has 2 king lakeview rooms with new hybrid mattresses. The twin room has a new memory foam mattress that pulls out to make a King. The loft has a Queen mattress. Electric fireplace & updated kitchen.

The guest room has a queen bed and the bunk room sleeps 8 with a queen bed and two sets of twin over full bunks. The open living area and fully stocked kitchen are the perfect place for your gathering. Enjoy our 60 inch tv-Netflix and the Disney Channel. High speed Wifi also provided.
