Enjoy your stay In This modern farmhouse re-built on the exact location of the original farm house from 1903! Relax on a large property along the banks of the Susquehanna River In style. Truly no detailed spared to make this a one-of-a-kind location. Lots of room to spread out, great access to the river, rails to trails walking/bicycle trail directly across the street. Four bedrooms, including a first floor, master bedroom and master bathroom, and three bedrooms upstairs, one with bunk beds!

"Aunt Ann's Apartment" in the Woods

Come stay in the woods in a charming studio apartment with a spacious farm view off the porch while you sip on your morning cup of coffee. Ann will be your host should you need anything or have any questions. With easy access off of I80, you'll be just a short drive (about 13 mins) from Black Moshannon State Park and about a 40 minute drive to Penn State. Lots of great nature related places to visit such as Sinnemahoning State Park, Bald Eagle State Park, Bennezette (elk sightings), and others.

Hometown Hideaway

Enjoy your visit in the cheery and bright basement of my home where you have a private entrance, separate parking, full kitchen area, access to a quiet patio area that has been newly added, gas grill available and lots of greenery and woods in the backyard. I am one mile to the beautiful town area where you can enjoy our riverwalk, access restaurants, shopping is convenient as well. If your a Penn State fan I am 46 minutes away ( 41 miles). Sit on the front porch, you might see deer and hear song birds. 40 min to Penn State, Within an hours drive to Benezzet Elk Viewing Center, Clearfield is just a 25 min drive away and has a Walmart, Save a Lot, and restaurants. Within an hours drive of Dubois & Penn State. Smart TV to log into your accounts, WIFI. NO HUNTING ON THE PROPERTY

Totally private space is really like a one bedroom apartment. Located five minutes from DuBois Regional Medical Center and downtown DuBois. Ten minutes from the DuBois Penn State Campus. Simply furnished, but comfortable. Coffee maker (Keurig) and coffee. AC, Microwave and Refrigerator. Wifi . TV with basic cable. Pets Welcome.

Located in Clearfield, Pennsylvania, this spacious 4-acre treasured home across from the Susquehanna River offers a lovely retreat after a busy day attending PSU events, enjoying the natural wilds, visiting the Clearfield County events or meeting relatives. If you are lucky, you may spot deer in the fields from a comfy chair in the den. For dinner, grill on the deck or head downtown, only 1.5 miles away. Maybe see a movie at the Ritz theater. In the evening, snug into the queen or king!

We are close to the Penn Highland Hospital, the Susquehanna River, Clearfield County Courthouse, Curwensville Lake, Parker Dam State Park, hour drive to Penn State, 45 minutes to The Elk Visitor Center and an hour from Punxsutawney, weather capital of the world. There is one bedroom with a full mattress, a queen sleep sofa and a twin in the kitchen/utility room with a ceiling mounted privacy curtain. Moose Creek runs behind our place so it makes for a lovely setting.

If you're looking for a unique escape from the daily grind, check out our historic cabin in a picturesque setting! Located within 30 minutes of downtown State College, the cabin has historic charm, modern amenities, and plenty of private outdoor space to relax. With three bedrooms, two full baths, fully stocked kitchen, multiple living areas and outdoor dining areas, the cabin has plenty of space for everyone. Very strict NO SMOKING rule.
