Susie is an exceptional host. She is kind, caring and willing to go the extra mile to make your stay pleasant. She is a great communicator and responds quickly to text. If you need anything during your stay she is willing to help with the accommodation. She also has 2 beautiful dogs. Susie’s place feels like home (comfy sectional and a big TV). Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Darnell described his place very well though his description and pictures. Also responsive to you if there was any issues/questions. He was very polite and respectful in all my interactions with him. I rebooked with him twice so far and recommend him to anyone coming to this area that wants a peaceful stay.

Stayed two nights. The place was/is beautiful and in a great location. Easy in and out. Darla's communication was above and beyond. Answered all my questions in a timely manner. If you are a auto racing fan, this is your go to rental. Waking up looking out at Atlanta Motor Speedway is a beautiful thing. On a non racing weekend, the area around the condo is peaceful. Even while they are completing some outside renovations. I would love to stay at this location again. No complaints at all. Everything went smooth.

It was very cozy and comfy. While it was in what I’m assuming was the basement, there was plenty of natural light and the man cave feel made me feel like I was staying at a place I’d call home. Tashuan was very accommodating and I would definitely stay here again.

What an amazing place Laterrica has here - the amenities at the apartment complex were so great, it was hard to leave to explore all of the wonderful offerings just outside the door. Highly recommend!

Great stay ! We had a little staycation for a concert and this was the perfect spot. Amazing views, plenty of space for everyone to get dressed, central location for everything we needed to get to. Concierge was also SUPER kind and helpful which isn’t normally the case with Airbnbs like this. Especially in Atlanta where people are sometimes trying to be sneaky. The building was fully aware of some units being STR and they were kind and helpful and made recommendations during our stay.

We had a great stay at this place. The apartment was nice, the location is central and we could find several restaurants around. The host was very responsive to our messages. We would stay here again.
