Wonderful stay at Holli's place in Jamestown, TN. Clean, welcoming little house. I loved the farm animals romping on the other side of the fence in the backyard! So fun to sit on the covered back porch and watch them play. Just a 5 minute drive to Odd Man Inn Animal Refuge, where I spent 3 days as a volunteer. I used both the central AC and the heat, as the temps varied from 85 and sunny to 45 degrees overnight. And I used the washer and dryer twice, also. Really loved the house, and Holli communicated well and promptly answered my questions before and during my stay. I highly recommend Holli's place and will hope to rent it again next time I visit the animal refuge.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. We only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy more of the nearby scenery. Definitely would stay here again!

Heath and the location were great and if I’m back to Dale Hollow this will be at the top of my list of choices to stay. Plenty of room to park and Heath was responsive with the one issue we had getting it fixed near immediately

This place was so cozy and exactly what we were looking for when planning our Waterfall Weekend. Close to Cummins Falls, Burgess Falls, and a whole lot more if you’re willing to travel a little bit. The house was as described and the fenced in back yard was so nice for my pup. Brittany was super accommodating and communicative. Would stay here again if back in the area!

Our group was celebrating a 70th birthday. We always love to stay in borrowed homes. Sandra’s place was the most spotless we have ever visited! Everything in its place and a place for everything! The outdoor space was like a dream! If you love flora and fauna, and peace and tranquility, book now! The beds were so comfy and you will find everything you need there! Check out the small local towns and just unwind! We talked to her twice and we assured her we will be back soon!

I had the privilege of staying at this property for a couple of days for work. David was very responsive and accommodating during the booking and pre-arrival process. When I walked in, I was blown away by the cleanliness, aroma, and the awesome cookies left out for me. This property was spotless, well equipped, affordable, and the location is excellent! I will definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in the area. I’ve stayed at several properties and this by far is one of the best and definitely the cleanest!! Thanks for being an awesome host and for creating a positive travel experience!

Amy's place was great!! We were in the area for a wedding at Bodock Farms in Burkesville. We wanted a quiet, cozy place to stay for a few nights. It was exactly what we were looking for. Located in the beautiful countryside of Cumberland County Kentucky, it offered all the peace we could hope for. It is surrounded by woods and fields, and has a creek (Kettle Creek) that runs just outside the house. The house was very clean and inviting. We felt immediately at home when we walked in the door. We did not have much time, but did get in a hike at Dale Hollow Lake (just a short drive) to see Eagle Overlook and Cindy Cave. We also took the route coming in to take the Tompkinsville Ferry across the river. Our only regret is that we were there for only two nights. Next time we will plan a longer trip. Amy, Thank You for hosting us for a great peaceful weekend.

Anyone who chooses to stay at Grace's place is in for an eternal treat! In the early morning dozen of deer came by, joined by the soft mooing of cows duetting with the symphony of songbirds. At night we were shocked to see SO MANY STARS as well as FIREFLIES (in April). What a treat. The hosts are a wonderful, genuinely caring family. The frig/pantry/cabinets all have extras, plenty of supplies, and if you need a thing, "family" is just a hop away with swift aid. Such wonderfully comfortable beds---just like home---and the house was super clean. The living room couches were lovely, lush indulgence as we read our books. We were delighted to find ample hot water for bath time leisure/relaxation. A bit of heaven on earth!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The place was definitely dated but the new bathrooms were great. We are low maintenance and I can tell they are working to fix the place up. The views are hard to beat and the accommodations were perfect. They gave us unlimited ice which was super cool. Very nice grill that came in handy more than once. Highly recommend this stay for any golf trips to the Dale Hollow State Park course, about 20 mins away. One of the coolest courses in the state of KY. The lake itself is beautiful as well. We rented a pontoon from Sunset marina about 40 mins away. We’ll likely come back!

Beautiful home in the woods and 1/4 mile to the lake. Plenty of parking too! Loved the deck with lights and a swing! Huge kitchen and dining area. Sitting area and one bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Bedrooms downstairs have their own bathroom and sitting area too! Amy checked in multiple times and offered early arrival and late departure due to the availability at that time as well.

Outstanding place, great location. Hosts were great and very helpful. Would recommend and plan on staying again.

Great location! Quiet, peaceful and close to the lake. Just a few minutes from the marina. Cabin had the right amount of amenities for our needs.

Rebecca’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway. It had everything we needed. The surroundings were amazing, it was so peaceful. The decks were great to sit and relax and birdwatch. Rebecca’s instructions were easy & simple to follow. We cannot wait for our next family gathering to book again!
