Your private space & bath are just inside the front door & you are literally 6 level steps from your car. The space includes a kitchen, sitting area & bedroom area with plenty of natural light. My shady front yard has a bench & swing & there is a beautiful park at the end of the street. Plenty of shopping & restaurants within a 3 mile radius.

Please note that there are stairs to get to the apt and we can only accommodate one car parked in our shared driveway, but the space to the left of the garage is yours!

While retaining the features that makes this home so beautiful and reflective of its time, we have brought in modern amenities that insure a comfortable stay while in the heart of Excelsior Springs.
