Exactly what we wanted. Awesome place by the river with amazing sunsets! Big kitchen, walk around porch connecting every bedroom, big living room and it also has 2 kayaks! Don’t miss out on this place.

This has been our home away from home for the last 3 years and we are hoping to continue our tradition. As always Marlon's home is beautiful and he is always a phone call away. The home is located in a quiet area, very clean and well stocked. God willing we will return next year!

This house was perfect. It was only two of us but everything was a listed and adequate. They have Android TV’s with an Amazon Firestick. I found out after multiple sign ins with Xfinity, that an Android TV will not allow sign ins with Xfinity. I realized this after a few b/c I have one Sony (Android) TV at home that I’m unable to log into. This is not the hostess’s fault. There’s a pathway with a boardwalk at the end of the cul-de-sac turning to the right out of the house. Water pressure was fine and the AC was self controlled. Beds were very comfortable! They were extremely responsive and I liked the fact that the front door locks on its own after 20-30 seconds. Definitely rent this home if you want to visit Fleming Island!

Our host was wonderful, we had some last-minute changes, and she was able to fortunately accommodate us graciously. Thankfully so, as the rustic cabin was a hidden treasure, with such peaceful surroundings, which was exactly what we were looking for. It felt like a writer's haven, a place where time stands still. The view of the lake from the back porch, and morning fog followed by the sunrise there, and Spanish moss-covered trees, all added to the aviance of the cabin. Our departure was noted by six deer in the clearing on the way out, definitely a hidden treasure, which we will visit again.

This Is a great place that has amazing lake views and is very peaceful. This was a much needed quiet vacation that helped me unwind and next time I am going to try fishing , thank you so much for sharing your home.

Great experience, beautiful kitchen, beautiful home no complaints

Really enjoyed our stay. Great location for us as we were visiting family in Orange Park and attending college graduation in Gainesville. The property was beautiful. Loved the massive, moss covered oak trees. The historical home itself was comfortable and charming. Loris was very responsive to all of our questions.

Our stay was very enjoyable. We were visiting our son and his wife and attended the Players Championship. This place gave us a great place to come to after busy days to relax and be together. The only suggestion I have would be to add some lamps to the living area, so the overhead lights wouldn’t have to be used at night. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.
