Situated on the estuary, white-water views and wonderful wildlife abounds on the mouth of the ocean. Away from the busy center. The beach, Broadway, promenade, and Convention Center are all just down the street. My home is big enough for small families, but cozy enough for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. No pets or service animals.

Situated on the scenic golf course, the house is exceptionally equipped with everything you'll need. Enhanced cleaning protocols and time between guest stays allows us some peace of mind. Due to severe allergies, we do not accept animals of any kind. We do not host events.

2200sf bottom two floors of Town Home is yours, the third floor is locked for owner when here. Owner is not in residence during rentals. Relax and watch the golfers on the first hole, surf or just walk the beach. You will be 1500 steps from Surfer's Cove and the beach on the quiet side of Seaside. It's just a 15 minute drive South to Cannon Beach and Haystack Rock.

Oceanfront Home with Commercial Gym Our two-story home is situated in a private gated community between Seaside and Astoria. We reside upstairs and rent out the downstairs unit, which features a full kitchen (see photos). Please note, while the unit is separate, occasional noise from our family upstairs may be heard.
