This house has two bedrooms, eat-in kitchen, covered front porch and back deck. Wonderful neighborhood restaurants and yoga studio, and school with playground are just a block away. It’s only a half a mile walk to Sanford Stadium, which makes it the perfect spot for football season. The home is less than a mile from downtown Athens and a mile from Five Points. Complete with stone paths and terraced landscaping, the large backyard is shaded by a canopy of oak trees.
