Oconee County is the "ArtLand of Georgia." We are centrally located for OCAF events, arts and crafts, and antiques, a bicycler's paradise. 10 minute drive to Athens/UGA, 40 minutes to Lake Oconee.

Complete with photo worthy hearse available for pictures, this is a perfect spot for October or year round horror fans! DISCLAIMER: there is a lot of HORROR MOVIE imagery here. In 2021, we renovated this building into a comfortable, airy, well-lit space with a many amenities. A short walking distance to restaurants, shops, OCAF art center, and 7 minute drive to DT Athens, home of UGA, or 20 min. to historic Madison. Enjoy coffee (we have 2 kinds of coffee makers) or afternoon libations on the porch. Best of all - sleep well in a very comfortable bed.

Tastefully designed to be efficient and comfortable. Has kitchenette if you’d like to cook at home, internet tv, WiFi, stereo with record player, queen bedroom and full bathroom.
