Michell is a great hostess . Anytime we had a question ,she was right there. If we’re ever going to be back to Springfield OH she will be the first person I call.

Place was nice and well kept. Allowed us in early to stock food.

The stay was perfect and what we needed. We have tons of food allergies so eating in an AirBNB is a must, had dishes and pots and pans, and close to a Meijer grocery store. Neighborhood was peaceful and the linens and towels were not just cheap ones but soft and comfortable which made the stay extra relaxing. Will likely book in the future in another trip through the area.

Bella’s Airbnb was great for me and my family. It was cozy and charming and very clean. It also had a great yard for our kids to play. Bella was very responsive and friendly whenever we needed anything. We would highly recommend her Airbnb for anyone traveling in the area!

Hunter's Gate was an ideal spot for a family getaway, near bustling Yellow Springs. I loved the views and proximity to so many great starting places for hikes in Glen Helen and John Bryan State Park. Paul was easy to reach, helpful, and kind. The 3-seasons porch is STUNNING--fabulous and sunny gathering place in Winter.

We loved staying here, it was roomy and had everything we needed for Thanksgiving week. Even cooking a big Thanksgiving dinner was a breeze because the kitchen was stocked with all the utensils, pots, pans and condiments. Just like home. The house is private but an easy drive to anywhere we needed to go. All of the rooms are spacious, with comfortable furniture and linens. It is clean, well maintained, and Carol was responsive when needed. The kids enjoyed seeing the cattle and little donkey on the farm. Overall, we would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this property.

The Queen City Writers group booked Danyel's home for our spring writing retreat and loved how removed from the world we felt without giving up any necessities (like running to the store when someone forgot eggs). The space was perfect for us all to find a space to write and also have space together to eat, play games, and talk.

My family and I had a terrific stay here! Lots to do, very clean RV with comfy beds and linens, everything we needed, nice A/C unit you can control the temp on, lots of firewood provided, and an awesome patio and fire pit area. Kids loved making s’mores on the fire. Tv is on an adjustable stand so that was a nice bonus too. Would definitely come back again in the future and stay for longer than 1 night next time.

We stayed at Casey’s for 10 days while in the Dayton area for training at 4 Paws for Ability for our daughter’s service dog. It was all we needed and more. Comfortable convenient and appointed with all we needed to be away from home for almost 2 weeks! Nice walking paths around the complex and neighborhood with the Greene just 2 miles away with plenty of places to eat or shop.

Very nice host. Good place to stay. Felt like home and yes, loved the backyard, very cozy!

The Flight was a great space for multiple people to stay at together. It’s very nice that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Very convenient to the University of Dayton in the baseball field. The flight was very responsive and helpful to check in needs and questions during our stay.

Katrina’s home was absolutely perfect for our stay in Springfield. My nieces loved the house, even one asking if we could move in 😅. Katrina was super helpful and communicative! We’d totally stay again.

We loved having our first stay in the lavender house! Jill was a gracious host and we enjoyed her cozy home and all of the homey amenities provided. Loved the walkable location.

From the beginning, Thea communicated often with me with updates and essential information. She was very helpful. She was available for questions. She lives in the same building, so it was nice to meet her. She grew up in Yellow Springs and knows the community well. She has lovely gardens around her home. It is very close to everything. Her home is clean and well kept. The kitchen was great with all necessary items for preparing and storing food. There is a very nice porch, too. I'm happy I had a chance to visit Yellow Springs.

Super responsive hosts with great communication! This place is close to anything you may need without feeling like you’re in the middle of the city! Everything within a 10 min drive. The kitchen is well stocked and nicely organized. Hot tub was an awesome perk!!

Our stay at the Aviator Suite was great. What drew us to this rental was that there were two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, as we were traveling with our son and daughter in law, and most importantly, the rate is affordable. The rental was clean, and Joshua clearly put a lot of effort into the furnishings and decor. The beds were comfortable and the shower had amazing water pressure! We will be checking to see if this rental is available on future visits to the area.

The patriot suite was great for my family of 4 . With two small children we felt right at home. The kids played baseball in the backyard. The area is quiet and the neighborhood is nice. TVs in every room . The shower was amazing. The beds felt like we were sleeping on clouds. The washer and dryer worked great. And the dishwasher was a plus. Everything was easy to find . Josh is an amazing host with excellent communication skills . Our stay Exceeded our expectations. We have already booked another one of his units and he’s has a great selection of them . We know we’re in good hands booking with Josh !

The house is a 3 minute walk from almost all the shops and restaurants in Yellow Springs. Queen beds, a nice kitchen, and a porch for kicking back are all nice features. A couple of lamps in the livingroom would be nice, but that would be my only criticism of the accommodations.

We enjoy staying here when we are in the area. We are appreciate that our fur babies can stay with us.
